You will see from our website that we have a substantial number of agencies with developers throughout the Algarve and in southern Cyprus and we are taking on new developments on a weekly basis. Part of our role is to undertake reasonable due diligence checks on any development that we promote, to ensure that any property that is bought through us is free from licensing or planning issues that could otherwise disadvantage our clients.

We also have access to a very wide range of re-sale properties through collaboration partners that we work with in the Algarve and Cyprus, so I am confident that we have the resources and the expertise to find your ideal property. The fact that we are working with other agents has no impact on your costs; we simply share any fee or sale commission between us and the selling agent.

In order to simplify the buying process for our clients we have put together a comprehensive range of professional services that you will require to complete a purchase in Portugal, Cyprus, or Spain (although our range of Spanish property is limited). We have even organised the drafting of a Will for some of our client's before they have gone home following an inspection tour with us. (As you probably know, it is usually recommended to draft a Will in the country in which you are buying).

Our inspection visits are hosted by qualified and experienced property consultants and we operate a strict zero-pressure policy. Typically carried out over a two day period, we aim to provide a thorough overview of the area under consideration and to find property that is suitable and appropriate to our clients needs.
